REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 5 working days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 10 working days of delivery. I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

All orders will be processed within 5 working days. I live in a remote part of Cape Town and aim deliver packaged prints to my courier provider once a week on either Tuesdays/ Wednesdays. Please be aware that during these unprecedented times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the below shipping estimates may be negatively affected and your shipment may take a little longer to reach you.

Let me know if your order is a gift and happily pack it with a bit of extra love and a customised note to the recipient!

Domestic shipping (within South Africa) is expected to take 2-5 working days after dispatch. Customers will be provided with a tracking number.

A3 and smaller print sizes will be packaged flat in reinforced cardboard. Larger prints (A2 size and above) will be shipped rolled in cardboard tubes.

International shipping is expected to take 5-7 working days after dispatch. All orders are shipped via FEDEX express courier. Customers will be provided with a tracking number.

To reduce the risk of damage and to keep international shipping costs low, prints are shipped rolled in cardboard tubes. A day or two under some heavy books will flatten them nicely. Alternatively, ask your local framer to flatten your prints before framing.

Please note that if international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

No cancellations will be accommodated for orders that have already shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you must contact me as soon as possible. There is no guarantee of a cancellation but I will endeavour to do my best to accommodate your request.

If you are unhappy with your purchase after receiving it you are required to notify me within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment so that arrangements can be made to either return your order or refund your purchase.

If your item has been damaged in transit you must notify me within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can notify the shipping company of the damage. We will also work as quickly as possible on replacing your item or refunding your purchase.

If an item is returned to us for exchange or swap and is damaged in transit you may be liable for the cost of the damaged item.
